About the Role
We are looking for an Inside Sales Manager / Commercial Operations to become the operational backbone of our commercial organization.

In this role, you ensure that sales processes, deal execution, and customer interactions run smoothly and professionally. You support the VP Commercial in daily operational topics, act as a sparring partner on commercial matters, and take ownership of sales-related execution and coordination.

As Circus prepares to deploy a significant number of devices, this role is critical to scaling our commercial execution and building reliable, mature sales and order processes.
Your Daily Business
Inside Sales & Deal Execution
  • Support the full sales cycle from opportunity to order execution
  • Prepare offers, order confirmations, and commercial documentation
  • Coordinate contract- and order-related topics with customers and internal stakeholders
  • Ensure clean and reliable handovers between Sales, Operations, and Delivery
Customer & Stakeholder Communication
  • Act as a trusted point of contact for customers on commercial and operational topics
  • Organize and follow up on customer meetings, including agenda preparation, documentation, and next steps
  • Ensure clear, timely, and professional communication across all commercial touchpoints
Sales Operations & Enablement
  • Prepare and refine pitch decks, proposals, and customer presentations
  • Maintain and manage CRM data with high accuracy and discipline
  • Build reports and dashboards for pipeline, orders, and performance tracking
Support to VP Commercial
  • Support the VP Commercial with daily operational and administrative tasks
  • Act as a sparring partner on commercial topics, decision preparation, and prioritization
  • Structure topics, prepare decision templates, and follow up on agreed actions
Process Ownership & Improvement
  • Identify bottlenecks in sales and order processes and proactively drive improvements
  • Establish reliable routines and structures for commercial execution
  • Take ownership of smaller strategic or operational projects within the commercial organization
Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Work closely with Marketing on campaigns, events, and sales materials
  • Coordinate with Operations, Finance, and Legal to ensure smooth deal execution and deployments
Base Qualifications
  • 3–5 years of experience in Inside Sales, Sales Operations, or Commercial Operations, ideally in a B2B and fast-paced environment
  • Strong hands-on experience in sales execution and order-related processes
  • Proven ability to create professional pitch decks and customer presentations (PowerPoint / Google Slides)
  • Solid experience working with CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar) and structured reporting
  • High level of ownership, reliability, and execution strength — you work independently and get things done
  • Strong communication skills and confidence in customer interactions
  • Structured, detail-oriented, and pragmatic working style
  • Fluent in German and English
  • Based in / around Munich or willing to relocate
