We’re rolling out our robotic kitchen systems across Germany, together with some of the country’s leading partners in retail and food. To make it happen, we’re building a hands-on team of Deployment & Operations Managers to lead site launches and drive local execution.

About the Role

As Production Hub Manager (f/m/d), you lead daily shift operations to ensure smooth ingredient preparation and timely dispatch to our robotics kitchens — enabling reliable service for our customers. You coordinate an on-ground team, owning shift performance, food safety compliance, and dispatch readiness. With a strong focus on operational excellence, you play a key role in delivering the quality and consistency our customers expect.

Your Daily Business

Lead ingredient preparation and packaging processes.
Oversee shift execution across logistics, hygiene, and dispatch tasks.
Coordinate Associates and logistics during your shift.
Ensure compliance with food safety (HACCP) and traceability standards.
Manage shift handovers and reporting.
Contribute to improving daily operations and team coordination.

Base Qualifications

5+ years experience in shift leadership or operations (e.g. food service, logistics).
Familiarity with food handling.
Reliable, hands-on, structured mindset.
Fluent in English.
Hands-on experience with machinery, automated systems, or technical processes.

Preferred Qualifications

German fluency is a strong plus.
