About the Role

As a Prototyping Technician at Circus, you will play a key role in the commercialization of our Robotic Kitchen. You will be responsible for continuous improvement and innovation projects, driving efficiencies in our cutting-edge technology. Working closely with engineers and designers, you will ensure the successful development and modification of prototypes to meet project requirements.

Your Daily Business

Support the development and implementation of prototypes for new kitchen robotics products and technologies.
Assemble, wire, and configure electrical components and assemblies for prototypes.
Identify and troubleshoot electrical malfunctions and issues during the prototyping process.
Collaborate with engineers and designers to understand requirements and modify prototypes accordingly.
Document prototype changes, tests, and results for future reference and analysis.

Base Qualifications

Completed apprenticeship or degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related discipline.
Strong knowledge of electrical engineering.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.
Manual dexterity and attention to detail in the assembly and wiring of components.
Team player with excellent communication skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to new challenges.
Experience with agile project management, planning, and execution.
Results-driven, methodical, and entrepreneurial mindset.
Experience working in a dynamic, fast-paced culture.
Experience with OKRs is a plus.
Proficiency in English (German proficiency is a plus).
