About the Role
As our Senior Sales Manager, you will be instrumental in expanding the reach of our AI-robotics solutions across the global food service sector. You will collaborate closely with our Vice President of Sales to craft and execute strategic sales initiatives, manage key accounts, and broaden our market presence. We seek a candidate with a robust background in B2B sales within the tech industry, exemplary leadership skills, and a fervor for groundbreaking technology.
Your Daily Business
  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve company sales targets and expand our customer base in the global food service industry.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in target companies.
  • Present and professionally sell our AI-robotics hardware and software solutions to potential partners, demonstrating a deep understanding of our products and their value proposition.
  • Collaborate with the Vice President of Sales to align sales strategies with overall company goals and market trends.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and contracts, negotiating terms to secure profitable deals.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline status in a CRM system together with the CRM team.
  • Participate in industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote our solutions and network with potential clients.
Base Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably within the tech industry, focusing on hardware and software solutions.
  • Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets in a global market.
  • Deep understanding of AI and robotics technology and its applications in the food service industry.
  • Superior communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Proven ability to cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal teams.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to travel internationally as required.
