About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and process-driven Project Manager to join our Robotics team in Munich. In this role, you will be at the forefront of coordinating cross-functional projects within our R&D teams, driving the development of innovative robotic solutions for autonomous food production.

Your Daily Business

Lead and coordinate cross-functional projects within our R&D teams, ensuring alignment with the overall company roadmap. This includes creating and managing project timelines, setting priorities, and tracking progress.
Facilitate communication between departments to identify and resolve blockers, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment.
Documentation and Reporting: Create and maintain templates, reports, and project documentation to support project transparency and accountability.
Tooling Setup and Training: Set up and manage project tooling for R&D teams, ensuring that developers are equipped with the necessary tools and understand how to use and update them effectively.
Tech Roadmap Support: Assist in the creation and maintenance of the technology roadmap, aligning project timelines and deliverables with strategic objectives.
Motivation and Leadership: Inspire and motivate engineering teams, providing clear direction and support to ensure high performance and project success.

Base Qualifications

Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Automation, Robotics, Electrical…) or a related field.
Proven experience as a Project Manager, Product Owner or similar role in a technical environment preferably in automation robotics.
Strong understanding of product development processes
Excellent project management skills, including timeline development, progress tracking, and priority setting.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to facilitate cross-departmental collaboration.
Proficiency in project management tools and software.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
