About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Inventory Technician to join our dynamic team in Munich. This role is critical in maintaining the seamless operation of our logistics and warehousing functions, ensuring the quality and efficiency of our supply chain processes. The Inventory Technician will play a vital role in managing our inventory, optimizing internal logistics, and contributing to the continuous improvement of our warehouse operations.

Your Daily Business

Perform initial quality checks on received goods. Manage goods receipt and issue.
Manage stock keeping and ensure accurate inventory levels.
Conduct regular checks on material availability and manage the order process, especially for C-parts.
Act as a packaging specialist, ensuring items are properly packed for safety, efficiency and shipment.
Maintain and manage accurate records in our ERP system.
Define and optimize warehouse spaces for different parts.
Own and improve internal logistic processes.
Ensure warehouse and shipment safety standards are upheld.
Propose and implement solutions to enhance warehouse efficiency and safety.

Base Qualifications

Minimum of 2 years of experience in logistics and warehousing.
Solid understanding of ERP systems and quality management.
Hands-on mentality with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Good understanding of technical products and processes.
Proficient in English, German skills are a strong advantage.
Experience as a loading specialist for machines is highly desirable.
